Supper Club - Nodoka Yamaura and Masha

At the start of July, we welcomed a few of our members to a wonderful evening of food and conversation with artist Nodoka Yamaura and Chef Masha and Mezzanine Makers.
We would like to thank those who were able to join us, and we hope you were able to meet new people and start new conversations.

Being surrounded by Nodoka's wonderfully soothing pieces and complemented with Masha's filling summer course was a great combination for the coming summer heat.

Many enriching flavors are unique to Masha's cuisine. This time, we had a seemingly Mediterranean-style dish of pasta and yogurt-based appetizers mixed with a hint of Japanese shiso, subtle but flavorful almonds, and a mango sherbet with coconut tapioca.

Mezzanine Makers provided us with their delicious Spicy Ginger Soda and their Fat Boy Cola. Infused with spices and tea, the sodas added to the evening's wide flavor profile.
