Karyn Zialor

Born and raised in the Seychelles, Karyn Zialor is an artist and curator with a lifelong connection to cooking and baking. Her interest in food is rooted in its role within culture - how it holds memory, preserves traditions, and is carried across generations.Her cooking draws from her home country while remaining open to learning and exploring other culinary traditions. For her, sharing food is a way of sharing herself, creating a space where people can gather, connect, and experience a sense of care and community around the table.
